Central Bank Of India supports all type of organized service and manufacturing sector with it hassle free loan scheme called - CENT SAHYOG.

Eligibility For Getting Loan




This Loan is open to all small shop owners like those who engaged in mobile / TV repairing (Not Selling)

This Loan is open to all small shop owners like those who engaged in Small Garage of two wheel and four wheel.

This Loan is open to all small shop owners like those who engaged in Juice Shop.

This Loan is open to all small shop owners like those who engaged in Bakery.

This Loan is open to all small shop owners like those who engaged in Butchers or Meat Business.

This Loan is open to all small shop owners like those who engaged in Farshan business.

However Retail trade , Educational and Training Institute , and SHGs are not eligible for this loans.

Per borrower upto 1 crore loan available.

Security:

No collateral security and gaurantee required upto a loan of Rs 1 crore. Because loan for Manufacturing and services will be covered under CGTMSE.  But primary security like hypothecation of stock and receivables or charge on Fixed Assets to be kept as security.

Margin On Loan


10% of loan amount upto 10 Lacs

15% and above from 10 Lacs to 50 Lacs.

20% and above from 50 Lacs to 1 Crore.

Rate of Intrest

Upto 10 Lacs - Base rate + 1%

10 Lacs to 50 Lacs - Base rate + 1.5%

50 Lacs to 1 Crore Base rate + 2%

Processing Charges

100 Rs for 50000.00

1000 Rs for 50000.00 to 5 Lacs

From 5 Lacs to 1 Crorem0.5 % of the loan amount (maximum 25000 )

Renewal charges @0.10 of the loan amount (maximum 15000 )
