Ways To Keep Your Blood Sugar Balanced In Type 2 Diabetes

Today 68.89% people are suffering from Diabetes. And out of that 68.89, I think 60% thinks that to keep their blood sugar balanced they have to cut out foods loaded with more sugar. This is no doubt true but there are many other things they have to perform to maintain their blood sugar level. Complex Carbohydrate: You must eat complex carbohydrates instead of simple carbohydrates. Some Fruits like apricots, oranges, plums, pears, grapefruits and prunes are rich in complex carbohydrates. Whole grain like oats, wheat germ, barley, wild rice, brown rice, buckwheat, oat bran, cornmeal and amaranth are high in fiber, have moderate protein levels, low in fat and are also a good source of complex carbohydrates.Broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, turnip greens, eggplant, potatoes, yams, corn, carrots, onions, all types of lettuce, celery, cucumbers, cabbage, artichokes and asparagus are rich in complex carbohydrates. Complex Carbohydrate will slow down the process of it turning into sugar in your body.

Simple Sugars: Avoid taking simple sugar or direct sugar. Soft drinks  like soda, fruit juice and sweet tea, ice-cream-candy. These are simple sugars.
You also have to keep control in taking fruits like banana as it high in sugar. Beside banana avoid other fruits which are high in sugar.


Eating Out Habit. If you have habit of eating out side or you are the person who have to attend meeting or conference or you have to do more traveling than you have to be little careful. Many restaurants add extra salt, fat and spice or sugar to make taste good and health worst.Be careful in ordering add special comments while ordering about sugar and fat. Also avoid processed food. As processed food is lying in the store for months and is not good for health.
