Mediafire is now getting very popular. After Rapidshare, Mediafire is the largest hosting website. Where you can upload your files and folders. You can download movies, songs, software's etc from Mediafire. Millions of files are downloaded everyday from Mediafire. Mediafire is free hosting site where you can upload your personal files too.

For Example you start download a file from of 200 MB from Mediafire and after downloading 175 MB you got disconnected from internet or your PC reboot for any reason you have to download that file from beginning. Really frustrating and specially happens with Indians. And If your Internet connection speed is too low again that's more frustrating.

Today I am going to show you the trick which you can perform to resume download of mediafire files without having Pro account.

How To Resume Mediafire Downloads With Free Account ?

You need Firefox Browser and Internet Download Manager To Resume Mediafire Downloads With Free Account
Download Firefox Latest Version
Download Internet Download Manager Latest Version.
Install Remove Cookie(s) for Site Addon In Firefox

After you have both select any link of Mediafire which you want to download.

Click on Download and it will start in IDM(Internet Download Manager).

Right click on that download and click on properties.

Copy the URL from Referrer field As shown in below image.

Copy and Paste that url in your firefox browser and load the page.

Right click anywhere on that page and select 'Remove Cookies for Site' and Reload the Page.

Right click on the downloading link (Click here to start download from MediaFire) then select Copy Link Location. As shown in Below Image.

Paste it in the Address field of download properties window in IDM.

Click on OK Tab

Now you should be able to resume your download as normal. Right click then select Resume download.
