Purchasing Made Easy On Updated Play Store

Google Play store for Android Tablets and Smartphones has given a face lift by Google today. All the update is mainly done and decisive to on making buying process easy for music, movie and apps.
 



Michael Siliski (Group Product Manager) for Google Play wrote in the blog post that "The new design focuses on bigger images that jump off the page. Similarly themed content is grouped together so you can hone in on a magazine to read or an app to try," He also added in the blog post that Scroll down and recommendations will continue to appear "so there is always more to see and explore,".

The update will start rolling out today for Android phones and tablets running Android 2.2 Froyo and above. Google also promised an easier purchasing process."People around the world should see it over the next few weeks. Get ready for a simpler Google Play," Siliski complete.

In screen shots of the new interface, categories are listed at top of  the screen for quick access: apps, movies & TV, books, games, music, and magazines. Google then serves up some more specific suggestions, including "Gangster Movie Classics" and previews of new e-books.

Google Play launched a year ago as a rebranded product that merged the Android Market, Google Music, and the eBookstore, and fared well in 2012. According to Distimo's year-end review, Google Play experienced an aggregated daily revenue growth of 43 percent across 20 of the largest markets where the store is available.
